and to think you can do all of that with 4.3 million dollars and some change to make it happen, then you have access to another 100 mill plus of shares to to gain value, use of the NOL's, ticker to trade on, equity to raise, pay back the 5 mill or so, Free and Clear operating company producing CASH.......
