Fair enough. I think it’s largely up to the parties though to agree on dates or for one side to push it along if the other is dragging their feet. It has been awhile.
Even though TMM promised an update/investor's conference, this may possibly be the reason for delays. That said, I agree with you 100%. TMM should make a public statement as to why this has not taken place yet.
It's not like this type of behavior is foreign to TMM.....but that was past management's failures....don't let it happen to the new team.
