4, about the appeals: do you know when they are going to be heard? I see that the briefs have been exchanged and it appears ready to be scheduled but no dates have set. Any insights as to why?

Well if the other company had the far sight to work with companies like NVDA, INTEL and AMD to implement the fFRACTAL algorithm into silicon to improve the Graphic quality generated by GPU, graphic process unit and makes the GPU be much faster to process the FRACTAL data comparing to software, I will call this new GPU “ FRACTAL GPU processor, then this company will be much successful comparing to TMMI which makes a living by selling PC

With butterfly view I'm assuming that you have an up to date TV or monitor and you are looking at it from a larger screen than your laptop or pc. This is important, as I've come to learn that when watching the video(as in while you are viewing TV's in your local Costco) you are naturally attracted to watching the sharper video. This is the bar, you only have to be slightly better to attract the consumer.
