yes I am still working but there isn't much I can do at this specific time. If the CEO would just realize this has been revoked and the company will go nowhere so long as he is in his position and step down, I can tell you this will be trading within a month and over .02.
The CEO is holding this shell hostage until he gets his accrued salaries some $800K. No one will touch this if he is in the way and will just go for a clean $50K shell. He can be sued for this.
