Judging form the last 10Q, around Nov. 14th or 15th should be the next 10-Q. We'll see improved revenues (I'm projecting +40% to +50% based on known revenue and PRs) and reduction in liabilities (from notes that converted). Presumably margins will also increase as this was the first full quarter when they stopped selling certain low-margin items.
