Yeah, there is only so many times you can say that. They seriously can't expect to keep saying that BS for years to come. It's already bought them 16 months. People aren't going to stand for that much longer. If they seriously aren't going to release anything they just need to come out and tell investors their money is gone and that they're cooperating with the proper authorities. At least then we can have some type of closure instead of the same BS week in and week out. It's insane!

For the last year and a half, their email responses have offered zero value, lies and excuses (please correct me if I'm wrong). Financials have been "almost done" since February 2018. The past couple of months they said financials are "right around the corner". Now their response is they hope to have 2016 financials completed by the end of they year. Lol! It's a never ending process of moving the goal posts farther into the future. It does not take this long to complete financials for a small company like Cardinal. Any logical person can see their words do not line up with their actions. If anyone has contrary evidence please feel free to share. This is what fiction meeting reality looks like.
