$BIOAQ You're very right on that, Mistui sat on their hands...hard to have much sympathy at all for them. They could have made a difference in their own outcome but did nothing.
Mitsui owned 30% and later even 40% of Sarnia production plant. They had two employees in the board. They have seen al there is to know regarding day-to-day production. Yet they sold their 40% investment to BioAmber Inc for a dollar. And yes Mitsui made no bid whatsoever. So then I am thinking that there is something wrong in the design, metrics and economics of the Sarnia plant.
