$BIOAQ I doubt they're fine with it but they're also not first in line for a secured payout. As I posted a week or two ago, they must be feeling a bit raw with this asset sale. They hadn't even been paid back now they're watching something they haven't been paid for get sold and someone else gets the money. Bankruptcy is bitter sweet.....they must be pissed.

That could happened on a back door payoff. This happens, people only care about getting paid, few care by how or by whom.
