$BIOAQ They're not splitting the money with anyone, Maynbridge is 1st in line, Comerica gets what's left. No one else is seeing anything. Secured first, non-secured are second.... As far as an equity raise, Visolis/LCY is private, there is nothing stated for a reverse merger. They sought out the major assets and they got them. An equity raise could be in the form of a private placement/investment for them. It has nothing to do with the shares of BIOAQ.

"I think today proved that longs are holding and the float is pretty thin."

I never underestimate a penny stocks ability to ride on air. I have seen suspended stocks trade on the grey market awaiting INEVITABLE revocation and for some reason there are people that will still buy them. But at the same time that is never sustainable over a longer term.

"This is trading on the possibility of a RM."

It is trading, in part, on the "hope" of an RM...there is no reasonable possibility it will happen for many reasons already listed. Many are also sitting on losses and are willing to "ride it out" instead of preserving some capital prior to the share cancellation.

"Seriously though, do you believe this entire transaction is for $4.3MM?"

Yes, because that is what the documentation says...like it or not.

"That just doesn't add up."

I realize the need to find some hidden component that will "make sense"...but it is a liquidation bankruptcy...they are brutal.

On most Q stocks especially on the OTCM the shareholders stay in denial until the ticker is cancelled and their stock is worthless.

We now see the "equity raise"...or more accurately the "capital raise" was NOT Visolis/LCY but "Fairwind Farms" one of the unsuccessful bidders....and it wasn't much.
