I was just wondering who could be sued if we actually do end up with nothing, which I still don't think will happen. PWC? FINRA? Who knew before the .07 to <.01 tanking that Monday that cost some of us most of our investment?
Why? They said from the get go that if proceeds were not sufficient to satisfy the creditors that there would be nothing for the common shareholders. The SEC website is very clear about investing in companies that are in bankruptcy and that you could lose everything you put into a Q stock.
Not misleading at all . Now the fantasies posted here 24/7. Very misleading . The process has been very straightforward. When they failed to even get a bid the first round and said they would be liquidating the assets anyway they could . It was a pretty good sign . When they said only 3 creditors out of 200 would get paid . A real good sign its not going to end well. When they showed you in the U.S. court filings the sale price . You would have to be dense not to understand that . But still the fantasies continue with no facts at all .
