jabberstox: None of the questions about Green Tree has any affect the company's fundamentals. All it affects is the effort toward getting off these friggin' pinks, because if Green Tree, the firm that has been identified by the CEO as the firm doing the auditing, is in fact doing them, is clear that they are not authorized to do so.
I'd love to find out that Jim has actually hired an auditor that is PCOAB registered. I'm concerned that he has not, and that the time (and costs) associated with having Green Tree do the auditing will be wasted.
That's why someone who Jim knows should talk to him about this as soon as possible.
