They are not authorized to audit or have anything to do with auditing US publicly traded companies.
So, do you not think that is important to know? Do you not think that the fact that the company is using a firm that is not authorized to audit them is a problem that needs to resolved as soon as possible if we want to get onto the OTC BB?
If you're not concerned, then good luck to you. I'm concerned, and I hope that there are others here who are also concerned.
Getting on the OTC BB has been the main reason cited by the CEO for doing audited financials, now. Using Green Tree will thwart that goal.
