Oh that's easy! It was a combination of the fact that they had much more assets than debt , and that they'd make an amazing RM target for exactly the kind of company that ended up buying them. In short I find attractive the exact same thing(s) that keep you here . Money $$$$$$$$ and it's coming
Bioamber only filed for chapter 11 a few months ago. Some have been here for way longer than that...Promising product, bad management decisions over the last two years.
