It was kept under seal in a Canadian court. Not the American one, where it was included in the sale order for everyone to see.

Canadian and US courts have different procedures. But, it didn't much matter at that point. By the time the number was revealed in the US court documents, the sale documents had been signed and the deposit paid.

And everyone should have known it was for both the US and Canadian assets, as the US court documents were VERY clear on that issue.

I don't know who. Did anybody " LEAKED " the number? I thought PWC did not want us to know until all things closed.
