This was an asset liquidation initiated by the bankruptcy of Bioamber. No matter how many times it is said that it wasn't or that there'll be a reverse merger possible or even stock that survives this process, none of it is true. The funds from the sale will be distributed to the creditors, and the remaining debt and equity (those common shares) will be cancelled.
