What's the point of gaining custody of a stock that can't trade?

The SEC action kills ALL those scummy maneuvers. Stick a fork in this one, it's OVER. The custody action is probably the reason the SEC finally moved to kill this dead POS.

I'm quite sure the matter will be withdrawn or "settled" without any action taken.
