I would imagine very soon first the cusip has to get approved which is done then finra can approve name change there were a few requirements regarding history of sntl and as to how it entered the market(canadian based) and by what means these shares are free trading (rule 144 etc) and what is all the debt convertible equal to(which is going to be 0 ..retired) no dilution share structure intact not to increase for any time in the future. All while the financials are about to be released with a fiscal year change 9/30 so that you can get a true year end consolidation with the quarterlies. Lots of different moving parts that will be done the right way this time. Remember the deadline for financials are 11/15.
