#62998 - Don't think so. Even if they lost the case, per my calculation using the numbers in the contract with SBI and L2, QMC would have to pony up about 9 million shares if you assume a $0.06/share conversion. That really is minor dilution and could be done easily without impacting us as share holders. (2/18/18)
