This is what I was getting at in post 540652 (pasted below).

AZ earlier posted (also posted below) that WMILT would get up to the Effective Date(ED) and WMIH (now COOP) would get earnings from ED until now.

Hopefully we see soon.

That statement was strategically placed within Filing # 1, WMIIC’s 09/26/2008’ BK Filing, ... and the WMI-LT didn’t come into existence until 03/06/2012’ ... I’ve been attempting to explain for a few years now how the WMI-LT only represented the WMI Holding Co., ... and that the Class Specific Performing Trusts were Individual Financial Entities ...

The 08/30/2018 WMI-LT’s “Motion”, says exactly what they plan to do’, ... “Eliminate” the Claims, ... Pay Off the remaining creditors and interest as shown, ... RE-Distribute the remaining DCR’, ... and ... “shortly thereafter close the cases” ... there were NO objections Filed ...

... the QSR’s Have been accurate, That’s It’ ... only the 75/25 To the end promoters have been pie in the sky full of nonsense ...

... Even now, ... not only do the wishful thinkers disregard the QSR’s but they also disregard the WMI-LTs Recent Filings as well ...

We all know WMIIC has been making money as it did pre-bankruptcy from 9/2008 until 3/2012, and up to now. Does it seem reasonable that WMIH-Corp would get to keep income from pre-ED? I'm thinking WMIH-Corp gets all WMIIC income from ED forward but WMILT might be due income WMIIC made pre-ED. What's your thoughts?
