5M X 252 trading days a year = 1,260,000,000 shares a year.
So between 1.26B-1.7B new shares a year.
The stock sale proceeds would be between $31,500,000 and $42,500,000.
Wonder where all the money is going each year considering there are only about 13M in assets on the books.
