Asset takeover. You buy the assets, the moneymakers, then you basically get to choose what to do next. They can pick through the liabilities vs inheriting them all through a share purchase. Don’t forget the NOLs.

They can choose to structure the takeover to get the most out of it. Technically, since the full terms are still private, it doesn’t matter one way or another to discuss how bankruptcy normally works. As of right now, creditors don’t really matter either, as in who gets what. It’s all irrelevant. Each case is different. Why shouldn’t this apply here?

As a shareholder/owner, you have a choice to either sell at this ridiculous price or hang on to see what the purchasers are up to. Crazy concept. Being left in the dark as an owner of the company.
