Thank you for those documents. I have saved copies of them and hopefully will not misplace them this time. I agree that Dr Acharya's information is possibly the best source we have publicly available to determine what should be in 'safe harbor'.

My only assertion, which still stands IMO, is that the $299B pointed to in your notes does not relate to the 'safe harbor' assets. While it is possible that FDIC could revert some of that value back to WMILT, it is highly unlikely that it will be a substantial part of the value.

While there are reasons to believe that an excess of $100B may be in 'safe harbor', IMO it would be erroneous to use this $299B as a justification for that theory.

Again, I do appreciate your posts. Again, I am not bashing. I do differ in my opinion on this point.
