There are several Click-Bait site's intentionally misrepresenting meaningless MM intra-day order processing volume as "shorts".

It's commonly misunderstood & reposted on investor sites.
Wouldn't surprise me if DIRV suffers from the same nonsense.

Where are you getting that data? There’s no way the outstanding short position is anywhere near that large.
