Plenty of FAKE news about these related tickers lately. ALKM,ALYI,PURA,USMJ and NOUV all being bombarded by the likes of the NextBigTicker for an example.

Hmm I don't like that the pr Quotes a 2017 PURA press release but the wrong date could have been a typo. I'm interested to hear what PURA and NCM Biotech have to say. It does look suspicious at this point.

I also just talked to the owner of the patent and NCM, Frederick R. Ferri , and he didn't confirm or deny the validity of the LOI. Said he would have to talk with his lawyer and that he would call back me after. NCM's website is no longer functional but the phone number is.
