do you have all the fundementals of them? How can you be sure there are not significant deficiences that make them less valuable?

alpho thats what my thinking was. If they don't get pps up before (and if) there would be a buyout how can we expect to get anything in return. We all know the potential is there but if they sell before that potential is tapped (no pun intended) we get less even though a few years from now this thing would be a monster if unsold.
