Your focus on the Fractal Technology is misguided. TMMI is referring to it as legacy technology and the benefit of the technology is the efficient playback of extremely high-quality video that will become apparent when 8K monitors hit the market as this has nothing to do with the current technologies available in the marketplace today.
"2) Can we convert the Fractal into Chip( Integrated IC) so that the chip will make the hardware system much faster comparing integrated by software?"
As you may already know, developing any chip-based solutions is very costly and TMMI is obviously focusing its resources available on its current products with which to build a strong foundation for its future endeavors.
