Devil is in the details, 100 machines or 360 machines -8K said LOI was to acquire "certain assets" of Vidbox (they aren't acquiring Vidbox) what are the "certain assets"? is unknown. And Vidbox will get 65% of LCLP common shares

I'm just stating the facts, I don't want wrong info to get around like last time.
