Ok, yes, then we are on the same page. My original point to FightingBack is that the shares that are currently being sold are not dilution shares. The shares that were issued to note holders have been a part of the o/s for awhile, and they are not toxic. No one is denying that CFGN is a seller, although a well-controlled one (2.3M shares over 3 days). I'm only arguing that there cannot be any new dilution at this time because there are no notes on the books and no newly registered shares. The o/s will not go up because of this seller.
