Bro you have no idea lol. I have seen many fake articles and PR's written on the otc. Things that make this HMNY seem like child's play. Usually it involves someone hacking into a website, making a new website, or in this case creating a fake article on a vague website.
The author denied writing it. Not sure how much more clear it can be that the article is fake? I said yesterday that no Nasdaq stock, even an OTC stock, would put out an article/Pr saying they are in talks with xxx company for an exact dollar amount and say the deal is closing in a few days.
Elon Musk from Tesla just got fined and lost his job as CEO for doing something not half as bad (a tweet).

As for how HMNY could have a high of $4000 or whatever it was? That was taking into account all of the reverse splits. The OS not counting reverse splits has to be in the 100s of billions, maybe higher. So take the amount of the reverse splts and x the all time high before any reverse splits, which I believe was $40 or something like that , and you get your $4000 price.
