A Company that earns $1.47 next year fully taxed Could trade at double or even perhaps triple current prices, no doubt my guess is they sold some more in october, but lets not make it like this company has no volume to handle it, the average volume is over 5 million daily, and some days it gets over 10 million in 1 day, so you can get out shares quickly this isn't some nanocap that has 0 volume here. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

LPI...KiK or anyone, need your help in interpreting Insider's share count in this please.Finding contradicting info from the following 2 links.From the Openinsider link below,looks like Warburg still holds 102M shares.And then, the 2nd link-the latest SEC 13-D/A filing has me confused-it shows different numbers-are the various share #s in this filing (9.7M,51M & 41M )supposed to be added together?
So basically my question is, is Warburg still holding 102M or 51M shares(like you suggested)?
Also, are the Directors James Levy & Peter Kagan(in the 1st link) part of the same Warburg group too?Seems too much of a coincidence that they both sold the exact same # (12.3M)of shares on the exact same day(Sept 27) as Warburg group?
