if you are wanting my advice, i would call the company constantly till you got your answer, or better yet show up at the office and ask them not me. i feel that people should go to the source of their problems and resolve what they are. that's how i deal with people everyday. why b*tch into the wind, it cant hear you. im staying and playing this one out to the end. take care.
