Little hairy forest birdy whispered that parties may have agreed to meet to discuss agreeing on maybe a loi for an agreement of a loi to consummate the financial agreements between parties. Possibly in the near future or next year. The parties were said to be firm on this.
b-g-ft the company would be gaining a partial control of a limited ownership of Bigfoot private treasury stock and limited management of operations. B-g-ft holdings the company will not get any ownership or rights to any Bigfoot property or operations.
An interesting stipulation of the merger is the handing over of the entirety of all Bigfoot intellectual rights, found property, molds, pictures and all evidence including the rubber suit pertaining to Bigfoot from day one from biscardi and B-g-ft holdings company. And complete cease and desist of hunting, shooting or making violent videos depicting Bigfoot in a false manner.
Personally, I don't see Biggie giving up even that much control to biscardi, I think Biggie has other plans if biscardi complies to the total giving up of Bigfoot IP, paraphernalia and rubber suit. It was also mentioned tonight, that possibly Bigfoot is holding a defamation and character assassination lawsuit over b-g-ft holdings head while in negotiations.
