They released 3 separate news releases about 2nd quarter results on October 3rd. One as a pr on the OTC market page, one on Seeking Alpha and one on PR Newswire. You can see all of them at:

I think the multiple sources is why many are expecting more news. They wanted more eyes with 3 releases.
