Today there is some kind of hearing with Hochberg. And is Oct 16th the day that the judge will decide if there will be any hearing for the employee claims or they will be dismissed?
Anyway, today is the big payday according to some experts. If not then Halloween.
Piers will be paid at the beginning of November. But WMILT is not going to distribute the 40M until the next distribution period which is Feb of next year. I know how efficient these guys are. If we see LTI for the 40M between Nov and Feb 2019 then we will be thrilled. Once the 40M is distributed then it will open the flood gate for the rest. And WMILT is not going to go away after 40M is distributed. This should put down a lot of theories. Perhaps not.
