1) The value I currently have in WMIH from the shares I owned (P,K,Q) in WMI do not have the value that I invested in them.WHOOPIE nobody has what they had but YOU HAVE SHARES
2) I have invested in exactly three bankrupt companies. These were Lehman Brothers (which I then sold at a profit), AIG (which I then sold at a profit) and WMI. I expect a profit because I saw too many high powered lawyers fighting over the corpse to believe that there is not still value. Good for you AIG was bailed out we weren't, I hold LEH K's like 125,000 of em so what, how much have they paid me OR YOU?
3) (and Most Important) If I don't get my share of the residual value of WMI, then someone else got it for free. That can NEVER be accepted as FAIR.Why then don't ya just wait and see what happens
4) Furthermore, some of the value I owned has been split of and repeatedly diluted by the likes of KKR and NSM. To this date, they have not demonstrably added value. When they do, this may obviate this objection, but they have to DO it LIFE
NOW I never said it was fair and reasonable and I ASLO said I do not expect what we got, to be all we get.
You are preaching to the CHOIR my friend, I had 37,500 WAMU @ 6.47 PRE and have added over 200K$ since!!!!!!!!!!!!AND ADDED 40,000 WMIH in the last 100-120 days

All I was saying and am saying in that post is SURVIVING in any BK company of a publicly traded company and having shares is FAIR and REASONABLE!
It doesn't matter one bit "WHAT YOU EXPECT"
I for one feel we will all be happy when this starts coming to and end!
