When people get so involved in politics, they predominantly forget what they can do for the rest of the community

Isn't that why we elect politicians? As a voice of the people to help the community, no?

In the end, humanity loses because so many people forget what they are working towards ..

Humanity will not lose, we know what we work for. Other Humans.
