The tax debt will be expunged upon emergence from bankruptcy with the Treasury Stock being distributed to the unsatisfied creditors as compensation so no need to sell the tax debt. When Newco does their IPO, after taking into account the Q Ratio & offering ADRs with a rights offering attached (instead of shares), they will immediately start trading on the AMEX which is the easiest of exchanges to get listed on. The old common shareholders of BIOAQ will automatically be transferred to the new ADRs having the new CUSIP.
