Groove, since you like predicting (and are not bad at it), what would be your best guess at the following:

FPGA completion date?
When will they get tech revenues?
how much will NVEI profit from SIL after a year or so?

Let me throw some speculation your way. My guess is we will be kept in the dark until it is clear what the revenue take is on the movie. My guess is the movie is still up in the air on the US as will it get a bunch of theaters or not? My guess is they will not pull the trigger on the financing until the revenue from the flick is clear either. My guess is they could get financing today but it is in the best interest of the company to get that money from the movie if at all possible.
