I still don't have a 100% clear answer but if the PR specifies "through Wednesday" then I think they'd have legal liability if the standstill was no longer effective Wednesday. So in combination with the other evidence that implies upside to holding overnight (like the last tweets from George about wine imply celebration - he'd have to be a malicious psychopath IMO to tweet that if the funding deal wasn't secured), I'm going to chance holding this overnight.
