Analysis the Facebook link you gave, I believe Master Win is a Japanese Martial Arts Judo Master Instructor. His students probably calls him Master Win (His name is probably Mr. Win.) Wins's FB page said he was a grower at a Medical Marijuana facility in Las Vegas and later moved from Nevada to Northern California where he is apparently employed by or contract with (self-employed) a Northern California medical cannabis research and cultivation organization as indicated in the PR. The name of the cannabis organization is unknown The FB page said he is self-employed with Berry Creek Cannabis Research but that business is not listed on the Secretary State web site for the State of California.
I'm down (or over) here in the Panhandle of Florida. It seems I am on the outskirts of the storm. We've gotten some rain and medium winds, so far. For the last day or two, I've down trying to "button-down the hatches" (in other words) to ensure my homestead was secure and would have responded sooner, but was involved with homestead security.
