Who cares what price the CEO struck his half million dollar loan at...he also loaned this company $1.5M years ago at waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy higher prices and has yet to be paid back.
The only financing that's relevant right now...is whatever terms they can secure over the next 10 days...and right now those terms are looking fuglier by the day as this CEO attempts to raise $15M just to keep the employee paychecks rolling for another several months.
