Nobody can stop him doing tricks raising authorized to 10b
Why he keeps authorized at 5b
If he s the man you think he’s why he’s not lowering authorized shares to 2b or even lesser amount ?
Forget the float, higher authorized shares by itself is also a big redFLAG
It means anytime for any reason those shares can hit the market
