On May 30, 2018, Trump signed S.204, the Right to Try Act. Right to Try opens a new pathway for terminally ill patients who have exhausted their government-approved options and can’t get into a clinical trial to access treatments. Actually no it will not. If it gets classified as a class 2 device, 9 months to a year tops. It’s not a medical procedure.
