Please explain how CONvictEd Starrs has a Violation of Probation if he was nott on probation as a CONVICTED CRIMINAL?

And then why a SENTENCING DATE is scheduled for him in Division 2, a CRIMINAL COURT, if Eddie is nott a CONVICTED CRIMINAL?

I'll await your explanation that there is no proof for that.
