Its actually not an assumption. I’ve been an investor here for years. You can’t do a private placement with an open S-1 so it was cancelled. It’s not a negative and it’s not a positive. It’s a legal step needed to be taken to close the $700k placement
Anyone claiming this is bashing has no clue what the s-1 means
