You keep insisting on this fallacy that the nomination hearings are a court of law. Thank god our justice system doesn't look like that because every attempt was made to minimize Ford and bury any sincere quest for the truth.
But lets unpack this game of crimes of proof. Kavanaugh had emails hacked from Democrats, and not only did he not tell anyone, but he lied under oath about having them. That's perjury. He was also an accomplice to a crime by having the emails. Literally the same exact crime as Watergate. That's been proven. If this process had anything semblance of an actual just court, the nomination would have ended right then and an FBI investigation would have been initiated. He would have also been removed from any bench he was sitting on. But it's not a court of law. It's a Republican controlled nomination proceeding.
