LOL, over 3.5M shares dumped at .007 is manipulation?? Take a look at your Tape, and, you will see the "manipulation" there.
What you think it is manipulation, is when someone puts a big order on the bid, but, then cancel it because they see that they can maybe buy lower. This is perfectly normal behavior. I did it hundreds of times, and, will do in the future. And all the people does the same.
Who buys higher if they think that they will maybe be able to buy lower?
