I like the difference of opinions here because everyone is entitled to that. I like your TA's, they add a different perspective, but the things you say, and how you say them, coming from a "CEO" takes away from your executive credibility, and therefore makes your comments more based on emotions then from your experience.. see that's just my opinion. We all have one.
