Penny, the federal lawsuit is a fraud. Not sure if that is what you're talking about. You will see that the Tangiers debt was sold 2 times. That is impossible to do. I worked for a transfer agent for 15 years and the mistake is impossible. Starrs sold the stock to bozos overseas who screwed him and never funneled money back to him. His only recourse is to make the claims he did. If they go after Starrs, they will subpoena the records from the transfer agent and it will be all over.
What Starrs has expected only stupid people to believe is that 900,000,000 shares were issued for a $30,000 debt and the transfer agent never got approval from him. That is impossible and would never happen in any transfer agency in America.
That is why Scottsdale was immediately dismissed. The issue that Scottsdale had is they were the biggest seller of fraud stocks in America and couldn't go to the authorities because it would have opened a can of worms. The entire story is a fraud.
I will tell you this and from what I've read, Starrs is facing 15-30 years if they go after him including bank fraud which is about 20 years. I got news for you which will be ironic. This Ken dude will be the star witness!! Rule 1 which I learned a long time ago is you don't make an enemy of the person who knows where the bodies are buried unless you think it's legal to open a company and announce a licensing deal 2 months later and buy it 2 months later and never reveal that you opened the shell and then call yourself an unpaid consultant which I'm still trying to figure out.
I'll give you an idea of the level of fraud here. Well actually said too much already. The only think I can say is that I would be cropping in my shorts right now if I was an officer or a director of this company or if I funded them or promoted them or if I was the accountant or a lawyer. The only person who I believe was completely innocent is the poor bosterd who helped Starrs create the trusts. Imagine what happens when they call that dude in. The crime/fraud exception for a/c privilege will be invoked by the Feds in less than an hour
