News that can help investors get interest in mid to long term is business direction in a concrete form, having a clean shell is of extreme value these days, i personally know a few people very interested in going public and the easiest way is using a clean shell, therefore the reverse merger, no its up to the CEO to look for the best way to go this route and increase investors interest and value through a smart merger/adquisition.
they are working on it, not sure if completed but once finished this can be looked in a very positive way, its not nice the wait, i dont see any dumps or dilution, since most sales are frustrated investors not willing to wait and thats normal.
